Vampiric Apothecary

Share

Alright, this guy was designed as a part of a silly horror team based multi-player shooter. He goes around the battlefield harvesting body parts from the dead converting them to delicious green health needles back at the team's HQ. He's also a sort of a scout who can flag enemies on everyone's radar and if you get close he'll cut your shit with his bone saw. He's relatively weak but the trade-off is speed and everything previously mentioned.

Nice work on the character!

It's too bad this game apparently never got properly finished (if you're referring to your own game here). I just love how it's a really accurate picture. By that I mean, the body frames and proportions seem very nicely set up. He almost looks more like a zombie, but that might only be because "The Walking Dead" is coming on tonight. It seems like a vampire wouldn't want to be harvesting body parts, but you're allowed to do whatever you want with a fantasy character.

I like how you show him from different angles. I guess it's not really angles as it's more positions. You don't see that often in a lot of submissions, so it's a nice touch. What also works is how you did have some shading in the background. It's not much, but every little detail counts. It kind of reminds me of the stuff by Matzerath.

Nice Concept

The way you described him reminds me of Team Fortress 2.
