That happens when you install too many mods to FNV Boii.
And definitely when you start doing mumbo jumbo with those retexture mods for NPCs and enemies.
BTW is this a Deathclaw mother variant or normal one?

Yeah I installed a buncha mods all at once, but I only noticed something wrong when I entered Quarry Junction.
I'm not sure my 9mm's gonna cut it boys
