I felt kind of limited with this word. Couldn't really think of anything in the beginning. Ended up using the country borders and the authorities to portray it. Since the culprit has gone through the borders he is not in the pursuing authorities' jurisdiction.

As a challenge I have decided to have myself create a traditional ink drawing, in my sketchbook, every day.
To keep it interesting, once per day I will generate a random word and draw something about it in about 40 minutes!
I will commit to this for 30 days straight! After that, I will decide if I can keep doing this, depending on the time left from other projects and responsibilities.

I will be uploading one picture per day!
