My a## would have stayed in the primorial soup if i knew there were gonna be times like this
The leader of a planetary rebellion rudely discovers her true place within the universe. Both the despot she sought to overthrow and its unseen master congratulate her for playing to their grand designs.
Asteromorph: A being evolved from spacefaring humans after hundreds of millions of years. Its many limbs are derived from fingers, its shoulders fused from ancient wrists. Its vast brain is unfurled to resemble the wings of an angel.
Terrestrial: A being engineered by the Asteromorphs to be more adapted to life among gravity. It resembles a stunted Asteromorph and tends to the administrative duties of ruling a planet, work considered beneath its Asteromorph master.
Subject: A menial being uplifted to sentience from animal stock. Like all remaining life in the galaxy, they too count their ancestry back to humanity, and more recently the Bug Facer species.
