When the Rowdyruff Boys finally worked up their courage to face their fear of confessing their love to their counterparts their bond with them skyrocketed following their first kiss (which is not displayed here). Given not only their new lives thanks to them and Ms. Keane following their redemption, but also the fact that they were literally made for them despite being originally destined to kill each other by Mojo Jojo and HIM. But since the boys broke free from their chains they would only see the girls as the ones they couldn't live without, let alone be happy without.

Made to commemorate the hallmark holiday and to further show my shipping desires of the Puffs and Ruffs. I usually don't do much on Valentines day because sadly I'm a lonely man who will soon reach his sell by date next year and have poor mentality... But since I'm into color-coded Puff and Ruff shippings (along with Profeskeane and RobinMike) I felt inclined to.
