The Professor's old college roommate, Dick Hardly, has returned! This time he's after the Rowdyruff Boys too with the same idea as before, make his own army of Xtreme Puffs to make money. But this time with the Ruffs included in his product line!

Following his original defeat by his own creations the Chemical X he ingested would save him from death, but he was greatly weakened. As he regains his strength to seek revenge against the Utonium's while self-generating his own chemical X compound thanks to his mutations he would discover the Rowdyruff Boys working with the Powerpuff Girls and hatch a new plan to make money and get his revenge against the Utonium family.

It's going to be a massive battle between the genuine Team Chemical X against the fraudulent professor and his new army of bootleg Puffs and Ruffs!

I had the Knock It Off episode of the original series in my head for a while and finally managed to break my stagnation to make a scene of it with the old school Rowdyruff Boys, in this case with just an Xtreme Brick and Ms. Keane's hand.

I need to work on my hand designs for Ms. Keane. Then again this was based off the screenshot from the original show and staff switching can be a challenge at times. Same for the background effects.

I still need to develop an original style of my own... If only I wasn't so god damn lazy and easily intimidated! UGH!
