In case it hasn't been known yet, I am not a fan of the newer Rowdyruff Boys from the original series. So I might as well make a report of it in the style of a school assignment. Why? I got inspired by wildstar27's deviation, Crummy Character 2016 Powerpuff Girls and felt inclined to make one of my own. Targeting the newer Rowdyruff Boys from the classic series while noting what went wrong upon their return to the series when Craig McCracken left the show behind to work on Fosters Home For Imaginary Friends.

The newer Rowdyruff Boys are an extension of how poorly handled the final two seasons of the show was, if not a prime example of permanent character derailment.

Sorry, but I still prefer the old school ruffs over their newer selves given how their newer personalities were savagely mutilated. As if the newer Rowdyruffs were entirely based on the Powerpunk Girls from the Deja Vu comic instead.

One of the few memes that I fully recreated from the ground up. I also made a PPG Controversy Meme and also a Shipping Controversy as well from the ground up, since the original meme bases were too small and rather outdated. I won’t upload them here due to the character limit problem, the descriptions of those two are massive. Its quite a shame since those two are one of my most popular memes.

Though one things for sure; the bastardized Ruffs are much better than what PPGZ rendered them into…!

I might remake this and adjust some values along with a refreshed Notes section, but not right now.
