[Theme Park Inspired] Clock Tower Girl

First in my series of theme park-inspired artworks/character designs, this is a cute girl based on the iconic clock tower from It's a Small World. (Maybe in the future I'll make another version for the half sun/moon clock tower in Disneyland Paris?)
This character actually started off as a Halloween costume idea, and if all goes well, I'm going to actually go as her this year!
The stylistic choices I experimented with actually turned out really well. I'm proud of this!
Considering that this artwork turned into a character concept after I cosplayed her, as of 4/25/21, this art now doubles as an ask page! Ask Isa any questions in the reviews, and I'll forward you her replies! (I may choose to ignore a question for any reason.)
