As something to make up for scrapping the Poll, I decided to draw this instead. She may not be a mom, nowhere in the pokémon canon suggest that she has kids, but who wouldn't treat their pokémon like their own children? 

• Garchomp would obviously be the oldest child, being more brawn than brain, but not cruel. She'd be the gentle Giantess-type who never gets violent. 
• Milotic would be the bookworm and sibling mediator. She would be more brainy than her siblings, and she's more likely a narc, who would immediately tell Cynthia about anything going on. 
• Roserade, being the stylish Poison/Grass type would be the toxic sibling who would start drama and air out dirty laundry, not caring about the consequences. 
• It would be funny if Togekiss was more like the Lumalee from the Mario Movie, who acts all cute yet very nihilistic (much to Cynthia's dismay). 
• Lucario would be like only normal sibling who gets dragged into his siblings' mess against his will. 
• Spiritomb would be the class clown/prankster who pulls pranks and tell jokes. However Spiritomb can never read the room, and would crack out a joke at the most inappropriate time. 

As for the other Pokémon Cynthia has, but isn't in the portrait. 

• Gastrodon would be the slothful one, who prefers napping and loafing around, rather than battles. 
• And Glaceon would be the demon-child with zero chill and like to watch the world burn. Ironic coming from an Ice-type Pokémon. 

And Cynthia, the Mom herself, would be a airheaded scatterbrain with a crippling ice cream addiction, with an autistic obsession with Sinnohan/Hisuian Mythology, just like the anime and in Pokémon Masters EX.
