Just came across this frame from an animation I did for my friend's presentation back in 2016. I rarely do commissions nowadays, but this was for a good friend & for a good cause.

The short was called "Frank" and was about a guy named Frank who, after seeing one of those starving children commercials at 2 a.m., flies to Africa to do mission work. He ends up catching a mysterious virus that quickly spreads & destroys humanity.

My friend, who was in school for engineering then switched to medical, had invented an air filtration/purification system to combat potential "super bugs" as an increased number of MRSA infections were happening in hospitals as germs were becoming more resistant to antibiotics/antivirals. "Frank" was part of his patent application.

It's crazy that he didn't follow through with that device, because we see what ended up happening in 2020!
