A Molyak shepherd and his herd. Molyak produce a sweet milk that can be used as an alternative to expensive cane sugar in baked goods. Molyak milk can also be fermented to produce a yoghurt-like alcoholic drink called Olmald.

I imagined it as just a sweetened milk, not literal lumps of sugar peeling through their udders. I imagine that'd feel like pissing out sandpaper.
Reminds me of the Longhorn & Buffalo where I'm from. Very serene & surreal background.
These cows remind me of the exaggerated paintings of animals that farmers from back then had to gloat about their livestock!
