"Nobody knows how to truly enjoy a pack of instant noodles like my best friend Lolly! I remember spending the weekends at her place in the Italian countryside in the middle of Winter, and we'd both be up late at night just chatting and playing The Sims, which of course means that a 2AM secondary "girl dinner" is not only a craving but also a necessity. Lolly would open up two packs of instant noodles, completely ignore the cooking directions and the flavor packets that come with them, and start making up her own recipes. She'd boil the noodles and then throw them in a pan with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, a little bit of milk, and then she would sauteè the whole thing in butter! It sounds strange, but those delicious and extra creamy noodles were the perfect way to warm up your stomach and keep you company in the cold of the night. I will always remember our 2AM noodles adventures!"
