Finally finished him, my goodness. :V
The "Bullseye Mode" is the modification he has on his optics, which allows him to see things from high distance, much like a hawk. It's the reason why there's no scope on his sniper, he doesn't really need it.
His alt.mode is an A-10 Thunderbolt II.
Also, yes, he has the saw cleaver, the only blade weapon he doesn't hate lol. I couldn't help myself but add the Bloodborne reference. XD
