DC Comics OC: Pietro Cappitani aka Black Friday

Share

Omg, literally my first comic book OC ever. 😆 I've been back into comic books recently, reading the good comics from the past (not the travesty which they are currently), mainly from DC though. They made me quite enthusiastic to create an OC for its fantastic world, with the help of a friend, so here he is!

His name is Pietro Cappitani, also known as "Black Friday" in the criminal world. He comes from an Italian mafia family, being the youngest of the family at the time and having 10 older siblings. Pietro created his own illegal business at the America, becoming a guns and drug dealer, then moved to the states as it took off. His main base of operations is at Los Langeles, California, but he has deals in other cities, Gotham included.

He carries owns a vast weaponry and gadgets to help him battle against superpowered heroes who cross his path. His main enemy tends to be Obsidian, Black Friday makes sure to explore his weakness to light whenever they face off.

He's a huge fan of horror movies, specially the slasher types. His favorite killer is Jason Voorhees from Friday the 13th, which is why I wanted to make his battle suit reference it. :)

Black Friday is known to be quite cynical and carries a bleak view on life, believing nobody is truly good; everyone has some dirt under the covers. Of course, someone might affect his negative view in the future.
