This is called time-warping. I have another OC that can do this but that guy has to transform to do so, meanwhile Orion can do this passively.

The concept of this ability is essentially shifting through time and space at a speed where you aren’t at any one place at one time, but you are everywhere around you at the same time, essentially creating an anomalic field of shifting speed that allows you to A: move rediculously fast, like mach speed and then some, B: attack multiple times in a single moment of time, and C: the ability to avoid attacks via shifting so fast that the blur is an illusion that can convince somebody that he’s actually there.

It’s incredibly potent, unsurprisingly, against normal people, but using it in creative ways can mess up the likes of gods and embodiments, and so in Orion’s hands, who is the most resourceful and intelligent OC I got, the ability becomes a powerhouse of a move.
