Might've been involved with the Indiegogo backings, more out of the support for the series, rather than getting any prints, but I can't deny that there's still stuff I can get behind and still show some sort of respect over.

Even if your obstinance on certain matters seems worthy of putting into question, out of genuine concerns of it potentially being your "un-doing", for lack of a better word.

And really, if your slogan is to "cut free and be vivid", then it seems almost counter-intuitive to not be allowed to express some genuine concerns, criticisms or whatever, especially from folks with experience in certain matters (including myself) that will inevitably need to be addressed.
