Now, i wanna get one thing out of the way before anything else. You may notice that i changed her design a bit compared to how she actually looks in the games. The reason for this is because while i wanted to sprite Morrigan. her design was too...

Revealing for what i felt comfortable with doing. I know making it less suggestive is a bit missing the point due to the fact that Morrigan is a Succubus. And, to keep an E10 rating. A Succubus is a demon that...Lets just say "loves" people to death. If you're catching my drift.

However. The way i look at it is that in the later Darkstalkers games. Morrigan powers were split into their own entity. Being Lilith. And Liliths design is less suggestive than Morrigans. And since Lilith is basically just one side of Morrigan split into one person. I thought it would make sense to make it sort of a composite design. Still making it obvious that it's morrigan but with some elements of Lilith to keep an E10 rating. You could say it's based on the design of the 

Darkstalkers cartoon that they made to promote the game.

With that out of the way. This was really friggin fun to do. Tbh i had weird confidence issues with making this one, since this is pretty out of my comfort zone due to it not really being an anime girl like i've ended up doing so, so much.

A lot of people would probably say "you could of just done B.B Hood, that way it would fit more with what you usually do". And to that i say that if i did that, i feel like i would be cheating myself with learning how to draw different types of characters, plus. Morrigan is the face of the franchise. You *have* to get Morrigan in here. To me it would be like

if i wanted to sprite a Street Fighter character and went with Sakura over Chun Li just because it's easier for me to draw.

 That would be weird wouldn't it? Maybe eventually we can sprite B.B Hood. I would be down for that since B.B Hood is awesome. But not yet.

But i feel like this turned out really friggin good. Though tbh i don't know how i feel about the wings. I've never really drawn wings like this before. So apologizes if they look kinda wonky. I did my best, and that's all that matters.

On a more upbeat note. Darkstalkers is getting a release on modern consoles as part of the Capcom Fighting Collection.

It even has Rollback netcode meaning you can play online with a buttery smooth connection. I insist you buy it if you love Darkstalkers. Because this is our chance to show Capcom that we want more Darkstalkers. Come on Capcom. I want another game where i can play as  Jon Talbain, bring back my Werewolf Ninja Man. If they can't make a new Darkstalkers at least put more Darkstalkers characters in the crossover games. I know we aren't getting a new

Marvel Vs Capcom, if we get another VS game. Give us Demitri. Give us Lord Raptor. Hell if you wanna get crazy give us Anita and make her playable for the first time ever. MvC3 had a good selection of Morrigan, Felica, and Hsien-Ko. But if Jon Talbain isn't back we riot. This series has so much potential, so many cool characters. A lot of potential stories. So much friggin potential but Capcom just isn't using it. CFC might be our final chance to show Capcom that we love this franchise, even if i'm wary of the quality considering Street Fighter 5's launch and Marvel Vs Capcom Infinites...

yes. There's still a chance that it could be amazing. Personally i won't make my judge on if a new Darkstalkers would be good until Street Fighter 6 gets properly shown off. Since i heard things about how a new person is higher in the ranks at Capcom, and they are known to love the old fighting games of the company. So there is a chance that Capcom Fighting games will get back on their feet with the release of Street Fighter 6. But we're getting off track.

Tldr: Buy Capcom Fighting Collection to show Capcom that we want

Darkstalkers to return and in tandem bring back Jon Talbain.
