Viktzil Akado is the emperor of the Jazeka Empire, and the reason why his species hasn't been sent to extinction because of their greed. A leader who has a brash in-your-face attitude, he ultimately cares about his people and hopes for them to never run extinct because of their innate greed.

While Viktzil is not a fighter, nor a captain of a crew in his lifetime, he has an elite guard and scribe crew known as the 'Traviki Legion', named after his great grandfather. The Traviki Legion is the main enforcing troop of the crews, and serve as the jazeka's police force. The Legion also employ scribes to monitor each and every crew's actions and make sure they don't step out of line.
