Suul is one of the councilors of the Council of United Stars, and is responsible for leading all warfare-based operations. Known to be bluntly honest in his philosophy of 'peace by war', he is often the first to deal with any hostile threats. He is a very acute tactician, and his stratagems helps the Council remain at the seat of galactic power. He has a very shrewd rivalry with Indricus Tahven, seeing him as nothing more than a thug among thugs that should be brought to justice.
