It's a bit sketchy, but it's still a great picture. It's mostly because of all the darkness. You still manage to give him a good amount of personality. I recognize the character from Billy and Mandy. It's been so long since I've seen that show. It looks like he's wearing eyepatches.
I know that's just the shadows. Chainsaw arms are always awesome. I like the little strands of hair that are coming out of his head. It shows fine detail. He takes up a good portion of the picture too.

however, i might give it another try cause this one isn't that good.

yea he is from the grim advetures of billy and mandy, its a kids show but i still love it. hoss delgado is my fave so i thought i would draw my own version.
