For those who don't know the current story. There's a bit of a back and forth on if the unnamed female lombax is actually a girl or not. In the Ratchet and Clank universe, male lombaxes were the only ones with tails. It has been stated by the developers that the alternate universe lombax is a female.
This drawing is just a play on the ongoing inside joke.
