It's sailor nikku, not much to say here other than the fact I took some liberties designing her senshi/scout/guardian/whatever you call it outfit. Now you may say that this doesn't look like a senshi outfit however <- pictured, sailor galaxia, an actual sailor senshi in sailor moon, yes, this is canon.
