"Call me Mini. Everyone else does."

Project 118 or "Mini" as she eventually was called, is one of the many Projects designed by the Command. Spearheading the work behind Project 118 was one Harold Jones, a good friend of Eustazade Sheppard, Nicole's father. (Who mysteriously went missing after the construction of Project 100.)

Although diminutive in stature, Mini is a force to be reckoned with. Extensive knowledge of every known make and model of gun ever used my mankind is stored in her memory banks, along with the know-how to use them to full killing potential. She carries various parts of certain guns and their ammo within compartments that make her body, as well as a few grenades. (For different occasions.) Mini can assemble said parts into a working gun in mere seconds.

Despite the fact that the intention was to build a relentless killing machine, Mini has adopted the heart of a poet and is quick to spout meaningful quotes when appropriate. She is always steadfast, and is very reflective after a firefight. Due to her intensive combat design, Mini follows orders through until the end. However, she sometimes feels regret for her actions, knowing she can't do what others want forever.
