Here's a commission I got from mananif. 

This one showcases Lisa Silver from "American Dad!", the head cheerleader of Pearl Bailey High School, and quote: "Future Mrs. Steve Smith" (...) 

She was one of Steve Smith's many infatuations, and was a plot-point in the Pilot/First episode and wasn't brought up again until Season 4's (or 5's) "1600 Candles" and "Escape from Pearl Bailey", being relegated to background character after that.

(Fun Fact: She was voiced by Carmen Electra in the Pilot)
