This is Hilda, meaning strong. She can use electric magic. Her story is rather sad. She was formally a wild pixie. A monster called the "Rat King" crept into her nest, she woke up when it was too late, the monster already ate her sisters and grown in size then surprise attacked Hilda. She was found injured by the roadside near a human town which the cowardly monster did not pursue. Her hair was cut into a mullet, due to it being very matted. After her injuries healed she tried to leave but stayed with her new sister Jovie.
