In my spare time i occassionally create drawings of characters, this is one of them, the very one my account is named after. DECA#FADE's name came from a game called X3: Terran Conflict. Most of my classmates consider it the best drawing i have.

I consider him (yes its a HIM, ill explain why further down) a cross between the themes of terminator salvation and Star Wars (since hes armed with a lightsaber\lasersword in the drawing).

DECA-FADE was once indeed human, until he stepped on a mine while fighting in a war. Scientists managed to save the Veteran soldier by incasing the only remaining part of his body that was intact, his brain, into an experimental robot that they swiftly redesigned into a chassis for the said soldier, and thus DECA#FADE was born. His new body is equipped with a heavy personal sheild, lasersword, radar, sonar, a shoulder-mounted rocket launcher as well as several other weapon and sensor systems. The Scientists who saved DECA-FADE from death linked pnuematic chambers into each of his limbs, giving him the ability to have "Super Strength". His chassis is also made of a type of armor that is extremely dense but unusually light, allowing him to shake off smaller arms fire. FADE even has a special type of nanite for blood, which allows him to "regenerate" limbs, weapons and necessary systems.

I know its definitely not a good contender with other pieces on newgrounds, but i taught MYSELF how to HAND draw like this, i havent really wanted to go into coloring my peices yet, however. Overall this is my 10th drawing of a full being and not a stickman like i did throughout middleschool. Pretty good for a 17 and a half year old Junior in highschool, eh?

I also realize this has VERY small odds at appearing in some kind of flash by a major artist such as Kirbopher, Mindchamber, Egoraptor, Etc. but it's better than no odds at all and I would be shocked if this actually appeared (Obviously much more better looking.) in a flash by any one of the big guys of newgrounds.

*NOTE, that little black line at the top of the image is not a marking on the paper but apparently a hair that got on the scanner, sorry about that. I am also considering a redux of this in the future, so if this drawing fails to survive I wouldn't be very surprised. I've seen the amazing art that newgrounds has churned out and I recognize that in here, i'm an underdog.
