Chun Li's Birthday Present

I've been informed that as of recent yesterday was the 55th birthday of whom I consider #BestStreetFighter, the Mighty and Graceful Chun Li, and I didn't want to half-ass it either so I did some experimenting from a tutorial on anime filters and I'm proud of the end result, I hope you had a wonderful birthday Chun Li!
