HOW I EXPLAIN THIS----
I was in a Psychonauts server in a off-topic talk about pokemon, somehow we end up with the most cursed idea we could get: "What if Razputin somehow fuse with Arceus?"
so yeah--- we started with a 3D concept and end up with whatever this thing is, IT JUST EXISTS OK? JUST ROLL WITH IT IG
