Abilities: Unique processing system and OS that evolves with time, Fast access to the whole internet database, can change her voice, can create power blasts and a vast variety of tools and weapons using nanotechnology and her unique neuranium battery, has a long range wi-fi device, more than 128 TB or RAM and countless TB's in storage, plus encrypted access to the cloud, makes incredibly dificult knots, agility and flexibility beyond anything organic, X-Ray sight, easy manipulation on any electronic device, modern or not, hypnotic abilities, her suit is actually her skin, just colored different simulating one, and she can grow high heels that are actually sharp knives, 24/365 Internet radio for tunning her favorite music.

Weak Points: Can be easily distracted, and for some reason, she started to develop a crooked central system that gives her the ability to feel certain stimuli, meaning she can feel pleasure, but not pain. She also tends to ve too overconfident and plays a lot.

About Cynthia:
Before the last of her scapes, Miranda Kerr planned to build a tool that could assist her in her plans to destroy the M.C.I.S. and take over Diamond City. With a small and rebuilded group of "Red Heads", Miranda worked hard, along with another scientist to develop a cyborg.

She was going to be different. Cynthia was equipped with a new generation of batteries made with Neuranium, a new element created with radioactive elements, giving place to a surprisingly stable prototype that was installed into the female cyborg.

Cynthia was born with just one purpose: Capture Trina. Miranda had an interest placed in the agent, and wanted to know more about her. Her people tried to bring the blonde to Miranda in past opportunities, but they all failed. Cynthis was her hope to finally take down the M.C.I.S. Agent and finally bringing her for Miranda's crooked studies.

The sexy readhead was equipped with high technology, including nanotechnology in the form of a strange goo-like serum, that can materialize weapons and tools, and also, helps her project her energy in the form of beams and other things. While her battery looks almost eternal, wasting huge amounts can lead her to seek for sourcers to recharge, being these, from simple power plants, to even nuclear plants, of course, with devasting results.

Her external appereance is that of a blue eyes redhead, having even a soft skin. Her very nature and the type of battery she has makes her feel almost like if she was alive, causing serious confussion when people sees her for the first time.

While she's basically an android, Cynthia has an undeveloped/corrupted nervous system, that makes her feel pleasure, but no pain, causing her to be an easy target for anything sexual, mainly. This of course, had a reason. Miranda decided that be having some sensitivity would help her in using sex as a weapon, if necessary. This also could help in having a better tool that assisted her in sexually torturing her captives/victims.

She's really childish, and acts like a kid most of the times, never taking anything seriously. Since she lacks any part that could make her feel pain, and she doesn't really know about feelings, she has no remorse in killing people, or any living being that opposes her, but mainly, she does it when she's yelled at, or when people is just plain rude to her.

In general, she's not evil, but lacks any ethics that could prevent undesired behaviors on her, being a potential danger even for Miranda.
