this is Pomni, the girl who is trapped in a digital world called: The Amazing Digital Circus.
I watched the web series and it was just crazy... and I do feel sorry for this girl. I hope she tries to get used to the digital world, until there is a way or some hints to find the way out. but we will find out soon.
It is also a little challenging to find detail on her (even other fan art of her) to finish this.
