So.. This is it then..

I have been reading a fanfiction written by a REALLY good author on a website called Archive of Our Own for about 2 years now and it is AMAZING and so damn accurate that I consider it canon. The story was started 2 years ago in 2020 and is about to come to an end tomorrow (Not including the epilogue that comes out 3 days after the ending is posted) and I really don't know how to cope with it ending besides taking long walks in the afternoon.

Steven Universe was recommended to me by my ex-boyfriend and my bestfriend in highschool, and I was really skeptical at first because it seemed so cringey, but I finally gave it a try and MAN I fucking fell in love. When the show ended I felt heartbroken. I used the show as a distraction and as a way to cope with my difficult time being in a newly long-distance relationship with my then-boyfriend that I loved so dearly.

.. And as a way to cope with the show ending, I read this amazing story from nearly the very beginning. It gave me so much inspiration and it gave me so much new imagination fuel. This story gave me life when I felt like I didn't want to. It kept me distracted and happy and I fell in love with White Diamond all over again, but this time, with an unhealthy obsession.

This artwork I made has pieces of the story in it. From the helmet given to White when she first started her trip together with Rider, to the coin given to her by a crow, to the nighttime scenic view in Holly Wood. I was gonna add the greenhouse and Crystal Caves brochures, but there just wasn't enough space. Also I am sorry about my cringey furry oc. If you are reading this ChapstickPenny, I just wanted to say thank you so friggen much for giving me a beautiful reason to live. You are truly amazing and talented.
