I'm always apprehensive posting gore. But I find a lot of us have grown so separated from the reality of life. The exchange of life and matter is just the reality of food and eating and life. 

I don't judge if you can't handle it though. We currently live in a society that has taught us to not tolerate it. I dunno. I'm not the best with words so I don't want to over explain my thoughts. take from this what you will
