Arcados (Arcanine and Gyarados mashup)

This is my first time entering one of Jazza's COTM, purely cause I haven't had the time, anyway I chose to mash Arcanine and Gyarados together, As I've never really experimented with background environments I thought i'd try to create a underwater scene.
