Strawberry Shortcake LVL 99

This is my submission for Draw With Jazza's Challenge of the Month, "LVL CAP." I did mine of the character Strawberry Shortcake and her dog Pupcake. I should mention that Strawberry Shortcake is NOT my original character! This piece is done in alcohol markers and watercolors, to both represent the new version with the modern markers, and the wintage version, which was frequently drawn in watercolor.
