This is a part of Jazza's challenge of the month prompt. The challenge was to draw a character at their 'Max Level'. After lots of brainstorming and versions of this sketch, I am really happy with the final creation.
I took Bloo from Foster's Home, because there was a lot of area to just expand on his character and really bring out his inner awesomeness. I used primarily markers for this piece, because they looked closer to the original show.
