There's a reason why I was supposed to upload this on November 28. In Japan, they have an unofficial holiday commemorating an article of clothing which, in this artist's opinion, a criminally underappreciated article of fashion: knee-high socks. Well actually it's over-the-knees and thigh highs but the holiday is named after knee highs. To explain, the reason why that holiday is on that particular day is because of the Japanese wordplay:

November 28 -> 11/28 -> ichi-ichi-ni-hachi
