Day 28 of Creatuanary 2024: Pteroflare (Wind "Dinosaur")

I wanted to make this creature into a pterosaur, and I do know that pterosaurs aren't dinosaurs, but I just felt like drawing one. I had many ideas for this guy, but the main inspirations were the Hatzegopteryx with elements of the Helmeted Hornbill with colors and patterns of a Harpy eagle.

This is also the last creature I designed for this challenge as I started pretty late and I didn't have much time to do all of em.
