Isolation

Sometimes we do isolate ourselves without knowing sit in our room all day making sure we finish our homework, projects, reading that book, playing that game, studying hard for that grade not realizing the important things around us, those precious moments with our friends, our family those precious glimpses which we might just tend to miss. and all this to achieve that silly grade or goal to be judged it only creates tension, anger, frustration and stress. Not to talk about the creative block which piles up like a towering mountain and how unhappy we become, dwelling in our self-made sorrow and working hard to achieve nothing.
