Just in time for Halloween!!

Mananaggals are probably the Filipino mythological creatures I'm most curious about; second is either the Maligno or Bakunawa.

--And so I've been meaning to come up with a story involving such a creature, and recently I thought of the idea on making them an OFW (Overseas Filipino Worker). Life can be quite hard sometimes here in the Philippines, so family members would usually work in different countries so they are able to provide for their families back home.

For how unique and interesting of a creature the mananaggal is, I feel like it's pretty underrepresented among other Filipino myths in media. Which is why I want to work more in fleshing (get it) out this character and the world she lives in.

It's been a while since an idea of mine immediately came into fruition, so I'm really proud of this one! I hope to show more of her and the Sorority girls to everyone soon!
