Otis had his own moveset mostly different. That not same thing has Pico.
His own game used Double Duel Pistol, Shotgun, Ray Gun (Alien Hominid), Skateboard, Guitar and more.
And Mace for (Pico Vs Convict).
It very long time this character is underused and forgotten.
Pico Cousin 20 Years old game.
Hope this sprite and give more attention.
Without appearing Newgrounds Rumble or Pico Fighting game which was sad for me.
Magna left Newgrounds and not able to keep his fans alive and ignored.
Otis Day Deserve better!

Mostly least 3 months average per character.
Otis is much easier to draw because I do Pico first then it take more longer then I can do Otis which was shorter to compete and add more thing.
