Those two deserve better.
Mickey has Oswald and Pico has Otis similar treatment.
Oswald new cartoon been cancelled by Disney
Before FNF, Otis didn't giving much attention by Newgrounds Community and Lack of appearance for Pico Day. still overshadowed.
They are one of the Best character of they own franchise.
Oswald the Lucky Rabbit is a cartoon character created in 1927 by Walt Disney for Universal Pictures. He starred in several animated short films released to theaters from 1927 to 1938.
Disney traded away Al Michaels to get the rights to Oswald the Lucky Rabbit from Universal.
Despite that, they haven't used Oswald much outside of the Epic Mickey games, merchandise, a few cameos in Disney Parks and Mickey Mouse (2013), online flash games, and a cameo at the end of Get a Horse!.
What a wasted of potential. Felix The Cat got his moment to shine his own cartoon more then Oswald did.
Pico's Cousin is first appearance in 2003 (After Tom Fulp not finish Pico 2 and Alien Hominids)
Otis is the protagonist of Pico's Cousin, a fan-made spinoff game of Pico's School by Newgrounds user Magna.
He is the younger cousin of Pico and shares very similar attributes with him, due to inheriting "warrior genes" that were passed down from his family through generations.
Back in 2005 Pico's Cousin 2 was success to Pico's School. Some fan didn't give this series chance Otis deserve better.
I enjoy Pico Day but very disappointing without his cousin Otis around or Damien from the Neo Goth Punks they would be interesting story then Friday Night Funkin Character.
Without Nene, Darnell, Otis and Piconjo in Pico Day then Pico Series will had lack of charm and weak series without them.
Nowdays Otis still didn't appear another games and movies that either.
Tom fulp seem forgot about Otis and not giving his own day. It just Pico Day and Piconjo Day without Otis Day.
sad for Pico's Cousin fandom, Otis is alot more as Luigi of Newgrounds universe.
Bring them back and increase more fan if not the fan will end up leaving.

They do deserve better. I heard of Otis (Pico’s Cousin) years ago in the early 2000s long before I heard of Oswald the Lucky Rabbit. I heard about Oswald probably sometime late last year. But I have not forgotten about Otis.
A lot of people forget about Cassandra too, she was a huge part of Pico's story
I'll never forget otis...imo he's better than pico..lol
