Alrighty, new OC is done!

This is Ekstáti, a poltergeist made up of a perpetual miasma of static electricity and is wicked fast, especially when he gets spooked.

He can clip through walls, but sometimes forgets to as he zips about and his electrical nature can cause disturbances in appliances.
