Riendell

Often mistaken for a city, Riendell is an amalgamation of monuments dedicated to the missing. Requests are made in place of the victim's absence, and carried by a specific type of eagle to the crafters of the "city". Strangely, the monuments are made- hidden away from civilization. Seldom few know of it's whereabouts.
