Owner of a small, but popular bar "Scylla & Charybdis", Sally is well-known for her upbeat, kind-hearted and cheerful personality, always mingling among the patrons and making sure they have a good time. While her tall, impressive build is matched by her heart of gold, don't mistake her for a pushover; she has zero tollerance for any troublemakers, and she's not afraid to beat the shit out of them if they constantly bother her friends or patrons. Same goes for any shady "business enterpreneurs" that try to coerce her into establishing a contract with them, as some local thugs learned the hard way.

While she loves her friends and will do anything to make them smile and keep their chin up, there are times when she won't spare them from some brutal honesty or knock some sense into them if they do something stupid, or beat themselves up over something that wasn't their fault. As she says, "Ya gotta balance out the gentle love and tough love sometimes."

She has a 5 year-old, precocious and sweet son named Terry, the greatest source of joy in her life, and when she is occupied with work her friends (and sometimes even patrons) often take turns at babysitting him. His father bailed and left the city as soon as he found out she was pregnant, and hasn't been seen or heard from ever since. Sally doesn't really care, but made a promise to herself that she will turn him into fine red paste if he comes back with the intent of taking her son away from her.
