i really like the style, so cartoon idk if you take it from something or made it by you own
about the background why not try some brush texture or use something similar these big glass with shapes than curchs have
also try to put the principal character of the draw away from the edge of the draw
keep going :)

Yeah, I know that the background is trash but I just wanted to make a simple reference for my character . If you have any idea of how i can improve the picture please tell me instead of straight up blaming it.
