Synopsis: 2020-2021 AD.

As a global pandemic rages, two men embark on a collision course in the name of vengeance. One seeks to expose a decades-old conspiracy the CIA will use extraordinary measures to protect. The other seeks bloody retribution for an unforgivable betrayal.
