her name is Bezyle, and she's a succubus who decided to become a dancer instead of doin the usual stuff bc she wanted to flaunt her charms but didn't like how obsessive everyone she slept with got. she basically feeds off of the energy of the crowd (but she still sleeps around sometimes when she feels like it ofc)

the silk draped around her arms is actually the form her wings have taken on - as such she can't really fly, but she can briefly hover if she has to
