Me love gore (I got used to it back then)

though I'm not a fan of gore I'll still gonna point things out
the blood has been done decently well, the red tube that I assume is the upper intestine is too straight, organs a floppy and soft instead of being straight and solid looking like bones.
the right eye hanging out by it's socket is visually inconsistent with the rest of the character as it's coloured like how eyes really look like. the problem is that everything else coming out the body is just blood red.
on a final note, you should use gore when someone is cut in half or something, you'd be able to get away with just having the point of injury bleed a bit.
