Here's a pic I didn't expect to get popularity but people seemed to like him!

John Rover, Futoricas chief of police and overall a somewhat nuisance of Clay's endeavors.

While Rover is hesitant about Clay's vigilantism, he still must uphold the law to make sure his fellow citizens are safe.
