Hey, I made another drawing. This one took me a long ass time because of the guitar. I probably redrew it 50 times. I really didn't want to just trace over a 3D model so I kept making boxes and trying to put it into perspective. I think it came out alright. I had some trouble with the background in the beginning, mainly picking the colors. then I just started having fun with it. I think this is as good as I'm going to get it I was thinking about going lineless but I'll do that for the next one.
here is the sketch that I started with.

I did this in less than an hour and was going to finish it when I saw a post on Instagram about how to improve your art. The post talked about perspective and movement so I started from scratch to really give it that feeling of movement and that she is shocked that she's floating. I think It really comes off the page
I can't wait to start a new project. school starts again tomorrow and I wanna make more out of this semester: join some clubs and talk to people you know. I started talking with this girl so we'll see how that goes. I've been paranoid that she's going to ghost me but so far it's been alright. I went to the gym for the first time in forever yesterday, let's hope I can keep up the pace lol.
last thing. I drew an alien girl a while ago and I kinda wanted to just call this a redesign but I think this is just a new character altogether. maybe you'll see more of her, maybe I'll make a comic. who knows. I don't really have a name for her so if I figure it out and end up drawing her again then you'll have your answer.
ok, this post is long enough. have a good day, thank you for looking at my art, and I hope you all are living your best lives out there :)
